¡This weekend! The Mercado Cordillera promises to be a launchpad for Local
Entrepreneurs and solidary Tourism in the Heart of our Island: Jayuya.

“A Roadtrip por la Cordillera” this Saturday 23 and Sunday 24 th of March 2024 in the
amazing Zipline and Aerostatic Ballon Facilities in Jayuya. Hosted by the Municipality of
Jayuya, Tu Centro Jayuya, The Puerto Rico Tourism Company, Iridescence Marketing
Agency, Banco Popular de Puerto Rico and Hecho en Puerto Rico.
After 11 succesfull events, Mercado Cordillera is expanding its reach, taking the experience
across different towns in order to create a unique experience for the visitors of the events.
Visitors can enjoy amazing views of the Carribean and Atlantic Oceans in the Aerostatic
Ballon, explore the rich history of the Museum “Hijos del Cafetal” y and live the excitement
of the Ziplines with impressive views of the “Cordillera Central”.
This event is free of charge and opens its doors from 11am to 6pm, inviting the public in
general to enjoy the offer of more than 30 local entrepreneurs, family entertainment y live
music, with our special host Gianluca Perotti "El Borimbiano", who will be entertaining us
and making of this event a very special ocasion.
